5 steps from procurement to operations

5 Steps

Step 1: Procurement of Land

  2. Engage Professionals: Hire architects, engineers, and consultants to design the hotel and prepare detailed plans.
  3. Approval: Submit plans for necessary approvals and permits from local authorities.

Step 3: Construction

  1. Tendering and Selection: Select contractors through a competitive bidding process to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  2. Build: Manage the construction process, ensuring adherence to the project timeline, budget, and quality standards.
