  • Oversee procurement processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead procurement activities and manage procurement team.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
  • Analyze procurement data and trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to improve quality and reduce costs.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions for large procurement contracts.
  •  Maintain and manage the relationships with key suppliers.
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance.
  • Resolve issues and disputes with suppliers.
  • Process purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery.
  • Conduct market research to find the best quality goods at the lowest prices.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
  • Oversee inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Coordinate with procurement to manage restocking and minimize excess.

IT Support

  • Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee IT operations and ensure efficient functioning.
  • Manage IT budgets and investment in new technologies.
  • Install, configure, and maintain servers and networks.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Ensure data backups and disaster recovery plans are in place
  • Manage and monitor local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN).
  • Configure and support network hardware and software.
  • Ensure network security and connectivity.
  • Install, configure, and maintain databases.
  • Ensure data integrity and security.
  • Optimize database performance and perform regular backups.
  • Develop and enforce security measures to protect systems and data.
  • Monitor for security breaches and respond to incidents.
